Renishaw Repair Services (also known as Repair by Exchange or RBE)

Don't throw away your damaged or non-working probe, use the RBE program and we will save you thousands of dollars!



1. Standard Repair by Exchange (RBE)

Your damaged or inoperative product is replaced with a Renishaw factory refurbished, new or as-new product once Renishaw receives your failed product. This normally takes 10 - 15 business days, depending upon the shipping method you choose. After placing your order, return your inoperative product to:

**Include order number and serial number of product being returned on paperwork.

**You must provide the serial number of your damaged or inoperative product when checking out.
 

2. Advanced Repair by Exchange (RBE)

Your product is replaced with a Renishaw factory refurbished or as-new product, shipped the same day

Repair by Exchange (RBE) with Advanced Replacement is a Renishaw premium service aimed at minimizing your downtime. Your damaged or inoperative product is replaced with a Renishaw factory refurbished, new or as new product shipped to you right away.

**You must choose the Advanced Replacement option at checkout.

**There is an additional $98.00 charge for the Advanced Replacement and you must choose next day or 2nd day shipping.

**You must provide the serial number of your damaged or inoperative product when checking out.

**Your damaged or inoperative product must be returned to Renishaw within 10 working days after receipt of the Advanced Replacement or you will be charged full list price. (Return instructions will be included with the Advanced Replacement product)

Repair by Exchange (RBE) products carry a 6 month warranty.
