What is Standard RBE?
Through this service, we ship you a refurbished replacement product after receipt of your failed unit. This simple to-use option is designed to minimize downtime caused by in-service failures. RBEs carry a 6-month warranty. RBE items are re-manufactured to the newest performance specifications.
What is Advanced RBE?
For a small fee through this service, we ship you a refurbished replacement product within 1 business day of receiving your online order. We will then send you an email containing a packing slip and instructions on how to return your damaged item.
To take advantage of this option, simply order online or contact RFM confirming your purchase order number, tell us the serial number of your failed product, and we will ship you a replacement. Advance RBE’s also carry a 6-month warranty.
